Will one blow the other out of the water?

CashCrate and CashLagoon, two sites that are probably quite well known in the GPT industry.  But when it comes down to it, which is better?

I’ve used both CashCrate and CashLagoon in the past few weeks and well, I’d have to say I’ve found a winner.

First, let’s take a look at CashCrate, probably the most active GPT site around.  At first glance, it looks like it’s the sure winner, but is it?

CashCrate has been around for a while, and they have a good reputation to prove it.  They payout via check or PayPal and do so monthly, usually around the 15th of each month.  They have decent offers and pay an average of $0.25-$0.75 per offer completed.

They have a two tier referral program. You get paid 20% of what your direct referrals make and 10% of what THEIR referrals make. Members can make hundreds a month just by referring other members to their free program!

CashLagoon, has also been around for a while, but doesn’t have the same reputation as CashCrate, but let’s take a deeper look, shall we?

CashLagoon offers payouts under 24 hours, no more waiting for a check every month.  Minimum payout is also ONLY $2 via PayPal, which is 1/10th of the minimum of CashCrate.  CashLagoon also has daily coupons that can be redeemed for $10.  They also have coupons they release periodically, like the current coupon FreeCashPro which credits the CashLagoon user with 1.00 point.

CashLagoon has a three tier referral program unlike CashCrate’s two tier, which means you earn more off of each referral your referral’s referral makes.  Confused?  Basically I get 20% of what my referrals make, 20% of the 20% for each referral my referral makes, and 20% of 20% of the 20% my referral’s referrals make.

CashLagoon is based on points, although it’s quite simple, 1.00 point = $1.  You can receive payment via PayPal usually within 15-20 minutes of the request of the payout, and check or Obopay within a few days normally.

CashLagoon also offers HUNDREDS of free offers to complete, several where you simply sign up to newsletters and receive 0.20-0.30 points for each one.  Offers also get approved quite fast and the customer support they have is superb!
