First of all, let me introduce myself. I am a high school student, who planned on switching cell phone providers, from prepaid wireless, to an actual contract. I apparently did not know what I was in for. I have spent hours on the phone with the horrible tech support, only to be told different things, transfered from department to department, and to be hung up on. I lost my existing phone number in this process, and am currently waiting 3 months for my money back. BEWARE OF SPRINT.
